“I highly recommend Body by Deign for anyone wanting a personal trainer. I personally was tired of being fat. I needed a place to go to be accountable, as I was fat due to being lazy. They delivered a tailored workout plan for me to lose weight and firm the fat. The staff are all professional and knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. So far in a fairly short period of time I have been able to lose weight and inches. I have more energy and feel much better.”
