“Joining Body by Design has been the best decision I have ever made for my health. After working out with this team for for seven months, I was able to lose 12 pounds and drop significant inches. Working out with this group of trainers is very high energy and so rewarding. Every time I walk in the door, everyone greets you with such enthusiasm, you are bound to get a great workout. They have taught me so much about how using correct form can help you become stronger and reach your goals quicker. The nutritional support they have given me has really shaped what I eat and has definitely changed my body. I can’t wait to see where my next year of training at Body by Design takes me!”
