“I started @ BBD in February with a few specific goals in mind. I wanted to improve my overall cardiac health and prevent bone density loss that goes along with aging. I also wanted to participate in outdoor activities without feeling miserable, winded, and generally out of shape.
The trainers @ BBD designed a program to address my goals along with providing pertinent nutritional information. I am blown away by my results. I have dropped 30 lbs and am in the best shape I have been in since college.
The trainers are personally invested in helping you achieve your goals. The atmosphere in the gym is encouraging, energetic and non judgmental. There is great flexibility when scheduling workouts so the “I don’t have time to workout today” excuse is hard to use.”
