“I came to BbD with a very specific and what felt like an unachievable goal. I has always eaten somewhat healthy, I have always worked out, I am already skinny, I felt “OK” with the way I looked. Then my wedding day was coming, I didn’t want to look OK, I wanted to look AMAZING. I wanted to look strong and not skinny. Because I already worked out, it was very important to me to place myself in an environment where I was more than just a number. That my goals would be their goals and I would get the attention/dedication I wanted.
It wasn’t easy to understand how my body worked. Somedays I cried out of frustration, but I always showed up and did my part. Most importantly, I had the greatest trainers out there motivating me and making me push myself. I achieved the best shape of my life. Joining BbD changed my life forever. My wedding was already months ago but I keep showing up because this is not just a gym, when you join BbD you become part of the family. Their are more than certified trainers, they are a team, and they make you part of it. I have felt extreme dedication from their part to support me to constantly reach my goals. If you are reading this, you took the first step to change your life style. Don’t think about it twice, this is the place for you no matter what your goals are! BdD is where you want to be.”
