“Dave came in with goals of looking to lose bodyfat, tone, and become healthier overall. He has worked extremely hard at ensuring this happens through working with our team on pros who designed a customized program for him. Initially weighing in at 235lbs and 33.25% body fat, Dave dropped to 228lbs and 24.3% bodyfat. The data tells us that a total of 21lbs of bodyfat was lost while 14lbs of lean muscle was added in a matter of 20 weeks. A leaner, more dense and sculpted physique has been the result.
