Sarah, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, moved to Atlanta in December 2024, bringing with her a deep passion for sports science and human performance. With a B.S. in Exercise Science, she has spent the past six years coaching in both sports performance and personal training. Her experience includes working with athletes at 4.40 Performance, UCLA, and Sports Academy, as well as training clients in private gyms and Equinox. Having competed in track and field, volleyball, and tennis, Sarah understands the demands of sport and is dedicated to helping both athletes and non-athletes build confidence, develop mental resilience, and unlock their full potential—both in and out of the gym.

Outside the gym, Sarah is a music enthusiast and devoted foodie. With West Indian roots, she loves exploring different cuisines and embracing the culture that shaped her.
