If you’re looking to stick with a workout regimen and want to work with positive, encouraging and knowledgeable fitness trainers who really know their trade, then this is your place. I attribute strength training to keeping my back problems completely at bay. Food coaching and personal goal setting have helped me stay on track when I didn’t ‘feel’ like it. BBD is a community of people of all ages, which is wonderful too. For me, the accountability of having someone check in to make sure I am planning to workout is priceless. I’ve never stuck with a gym membership as long as I have at BBD. (More than 3 years & counting.) There’s workout variety (personalized programs every 6 weeks that are transformative), encouragement & community here. On my own I never would’ve stuck with strength training with such a plan to keep going indefinitely!
