Halle Phelps

Halle is from Southwest Michigan and moved to Georgia in March 2024. She has a diverse athletic background, including 8 years of weightlifting. Originally pursuing a career in athletics, Halle majored in Sport Management in college, where she was the team manager for the football program and campus personal and small group fitness trainer. Being able to follow both passions as an occupation was a great opportunity to realize what was professionally important when deciding a career path. After pursuing an opportunity to work in the NFL, she decided to leave the Buffalo Bills and Western New York to restart her career in health fitness. Halle is a firm believer in the power exercise and its ability to transform people’s lives and help them be the best versions of themselves. She has been able to coach clients of all ages and skill levels throughout her years as a trainer, and loves empowering others to reach their fitness goals. Coaching is a great way to make a difference in the community, and Halle loves being a part of it. With her broad athletic background and experience with sports injury recovery, Halle aspires to help clients find their confidence and reach their goals to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.
