Fat Loss Question 1: Does It Make You Hungry All the Time?

Fat Loss Question 5: Are You Seeing No Results?
While the best weight loss is gradual (1–2 pounds per week), you should still see some progress. If you’ve followed a diet for several weeks with no change, it might not be the right approach. Staying on a plan that doesn’t work can lead to discouragement and a return to old habits.
